Agree scope

A written proposal lists features, data processing scope, deployment, deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones and fees. It also states whether model usage and third-party resources are included.

Evaluate the pilot

Compare the existing workflow and pilot on agreed samples. Choose business-relevant accuracy, review acceptance, processing time, latency or task cost measures. Record failures and human fallback. Example metrics are not performance promises.

Engineering handoff

Provide the agreed software or assets, interface documentation, deployment guide, access configuration, operating records and training. Ownership, third-party licensing and usage rights follow the agreement.

Ongoing support

Agree duration, hours, response arrangements, issue scope, monitoring responsibilities and the process for new requirements. Reassess quality and costs when models or upstream services change.
